When should I consult a vet?
If you are concerned about the health of your horse or pony, it is always advisable to get a professional diagnosis and advice from a vet before deciding to use complementary health products. We are happy to provide information about the range of remedies that are supplied by the Centre, but we are unable to diagnose or prescribe treatments. Please Contact Us if you require further information about the nature of the services that we provide.
Can you tell me more about the remedies?
The Centre provides a unique range of over one thousand remedies, known as Vibronic Homeopathy, that are designed to maintain and support the balance of vital energy within people, plants and animals. Based on the application of homeopathy and nutrition in human health-care, the Centre has developed a well established range of remedies for horses.
The remedies have been developed and researched over many years and are designed to help maintain the balance of the body’s vital energy as part of the internal processes of regulation, regeneration, recovery and resistance. The Centre is committed to an integrated approach that takes account of diet and nutrition, exercise and relaxation, environment and pollution, stress, emotions and attitude. Please Contact Us for further information.
Are the remedies safe and free from prohibited drugs?
All of our remedies are an advanced form of homeopathy, known as Vibronic homeopathy. They are free from all chemicals and drugs, have no adverse side-effects and can be given prior to eventing, showing, racing, etc. The remedies are also suitable for mares during pregnancy and for use by foals.
How do I give the remedies to my horse or pony?
Each order is accompanied by information about how to administer the remedies to your horse or pony. In general, pills can be put in food (such as an apple or carrot) and/ or added to drinking water in which they will gradually dissolve. The remedies are best stored in dry conditions at room temperature, preferably in a storage box of some kind. Please Contact Us if you would like to discuss the best way of administering the remedies.
How much does it cost?
We aim to provide an affordable service to make the remedies as widely available as possible. Remedies cost £4.00 each and contain sufficient pillules for approximately one month’s intensive use or considerably longer where lower or infrequent use is appropriate. Postage and packaging is charged at £2.95 for delivery within the United Kingdom, but is free on orders of £20 or more. The price of delivery outside the United Kingdom varies and is charged at cost. Pre-booked consultations with a practitioner are charged at £15.00.
If you have health insurance for your horse then part or all of the cost of the remedies may be recoverable. We are happy to respond to queries by your insurer if further information is required.
